Definitions
We/us/our mean SmartCalling.com.au, part of WorldSmart Caling Solution.
You/your/Customer shall mean the person using the SmartCalling.com.au Account Service.
" Make Free International Calls" means the calls you are making using mobile inclusive minutes. You should check your contract with your existing mobile service provider or telephone service provider that how much inclusive minutes have to call mobile numbers of other networks
Access Number: the SmartCalling.com.au Access Number is a phone number or mobile number provided by us that you use to make calls from you mobile or landline. Calls to the Access Number are billed to the bill payer of the phone used to contact the Access Number by the bill payer's existing telephone network (landline or mobile).

some of the Network used to connect your calls is out of our control. We are not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience you may suffer as a result of any suspension or termination of the Service. We make no warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations as to quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the Service.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for all usage of the Service that is made using our service.
The Customer must not let the Service be used to cause annoyance or for anything defamatory, offensive, abusive or obscene.
We may suspend the use of the Service without prior notice if we know or have reasonable grounds to suspect that misuse or abuse of the Service is occurring. We have the right to terminate the service in these instances.
Call rates and destinations are listed on our Website, and are subject to change from time to time.
It is the customer's responsibility to check with their service provider that if your calls on our access numbers are covered in your cap plan or not.
